This sale was complicated by the failure of the well while under contract. A new well was required to get to closing. She was there to see everything was done and kept the buyer agent informed so the buyer did not cancel the contract. She exhibited knowledge of the market, contacts to get things done, communication to keep everyone informed, and patience to keep me from going crazy.
